In a parallel universe, renowned racehorses are reborn as horse girls, each with their own unique legacy. Starting afresh, these equine reincarnates embark on a new journey of racing and endeavor to relive their past successes. Among them is a horse girl known as Special Week, driven to become the finest racehorse in Japan. With this goal in mind, she ventures to Tokyo and enrolls in the renowned Tracen Academy, a premier institution that helps horse girls improve their racing capabilities. Here, Special Week observes the refined running technique of Silence Suzuka and is motivated to emulate her. Soon after, Special Week joins Silence Suzuka's racing team, Spica, and commences her ascent to the pinnacle of horse racing, with each lap bringing her closer to her dream.
