Description:
In ancient Japan, the ruthless Ninja were seen as divine rulers who enforced their will using lethal karate techniques. However, some of these ninjas secretly committed a taboo form of suicide, entrusting their spirits to the Kinkaku Temple for potential resurrection. Their true history was obscured and forgotten over time. In a futuristic world where cybernetic technology reigns supreme, the malevolent souls of these ninjas are suddenly resurrected and let loose upon Neo-Saitama's shadowy streets. After losing his family to a ninja turf war, salaryman Fujikido Kenji is possessed by one of these mysterious ninja spirits following a near-death experience. He miraculously survives and is reborn as the vengeful Ninja Slayer, a merciless killer of evil ninjas. Set in a dark and dystopian Neo-Saitama, Ninja Slayer battles the deadly ninjas of the Soukai Syndicate in an epic struggle for survival.
