Description:
PES: Peace Eco Smile is a collaborative project between a Japanese car manufacturer and an anime studio, Studio 4°C. The web promotional anime revolves around PES, a space traveller, and NaSuBi, an Earth admirer of unknown origin. The protagonists' preferred mode of transportation is the Prius, with a focus on the Liftback and Prius C hatchback models. The two hybrids are integral to the plotline, while additional vehicles - including the Lexus LFA and Toyota Camry hybrid - also make an appearance. The series consists of anime shorts, each between three to four minutes long, posted on a dedicated Toyota website.
