Description:
A new year has arrived at Kitauji High School, and so has a fresh start for the concert band. The third-year seniors have left, making way for the quirky first-year juniors. Together, the band is determined to qualify for nationals and works relentlessly during practices. Kumiko Oumae has entered her second year and, along with her friends, struggles to connect with the new first-years. These differences lead to tension and conflict among band members. As time goes by, they start to understand each other better, but not every issue is easily resolved. The band's bond and trust will be tested as they embark on preparations for regionals.
