Description:

St. Morwald's Home for Children is a welcoming refuge for orphans, boasting sparkling halls and sunlit windows. Aya, a ten-year-old girl who resides there, feels no lack for a normal family, as she has won the affection of all her caretakers. However, her calm existence is shattered one day when a strange couple, Bella Yaga and the Mandrake, select her from among the other children. Aya soon realizes that her new "parents" are bona fide witches who have taken her on only as an assistant, not as a foster daughter. To compound matters, Aya must follow an unbreakable rule: never disturb the Mandrake. Though it is no easy feat, Aya accepts the challenge of winning the hearts of these seemingly cold-hearted witches.
