Description:

Tokyo, a major Japanese city, is in dire need of expansion, and unfortunately, this comes at a cost of shrinking spaces for nature and wildlife to flourish. As a result, the Tanuki, an enchanted mammal famous for its shape-shifting powers, are struggling to preserve their forest from the expanding urbanization threat. The Tanuki factions are fighting among themselves, unable to find a safe haven. To save their home and future generations, Oroku, an elder Tanuki, takes the initiative to unite the factions. They plan to deter mankind's construction projects and intimidate them using their shape-shifting capabilities. Despite their efforts, the Tanuki soon realize that undermining construction plans is not a straightforward task. They must decide whether to stand together, united as a community, or wage war against humanity, fuelled by rage and agony at the devastation of nature.
